We stand by our workmanship, always!  Below are the warranties from CWS Windows & Doors, and TAMKO roofing products.

Cancellations and/or Returns

For windows, there will be no returns after the initial deposit is made by the homeowner. Windows are “made to order”; this means that once the order is placed, the manufacturing process of the windows begins and there is no way to stop it.

For services other than windows, we may be able to provide a refund if the materials have not yet been stocked at your home in preparation of commencing the work.  Any refunds may be reduced by administrative expenses such as acquiring permits.
